1 Bedroom Suite, available from Oct 1st xxxx till approx. May xxxx. Near Victoria General Hospital and Camosun College - Interurban Campus.
Utilities, TV and Internet included.
The space includes: main door access from the side of the house, Bedroom currently has a queen size bed, 2x night stands and lamps and fitted wardrobes. The living room/kitchen/dining area is all open plan with lots of natural light via Juliette balcony (front of the house - good privacy as no house directly opposite and above garage so fairly quiet). Living room has 3 seater sofa which is in good condition, 42'' TV. There is a breakfast/dinner table and the kitchen has fridge freezer, electric stove (no dishwasher or laundry unfortunately). The bathroom is a good size, it has bath and shower combo.
We have been tenants in the past and are conscious of noise and understand that a little flexibility and understanding from each party is required. We have a young family so obviously looking for someone who will respect our home. No parties, no smoking.
